How to prepare files for the production of promotional bags with printing?

We accept files in the following programs:
Corel Draw (up to X5)

Basic recommendations for file preparation:

Below, we present the recommended specifications:
Resolution of 300 dpi (for bitmaps, photos), scale 1:1;
Composite, i.e., colors together (without separations);
CMYK colors – for offset printing;
Pantone colors – for offset or screen printing (vector graphics);
Fonts converted to Bézier curves.
All important texts and graphic elements that should be visible after cutting the print should be moved at least 3 mm away from the cutting and creasing lines (minimum 5 mm from the project edges). – files without cutting lines and color marks. – bitmaps placed in the files should be saved in CMYK 8-bit per channel mode. – a design involving selective UV varnish should be saved as a two-page PDF: the first page should contain the design itself, and the second page should only contain elements for selective UV varnish marked in black C:0 M:0 Y:0 K:100. The accuracy of fitting the selective UV varnish is 2 mm. It is not recommended to apply varnish to texts smaller than 20 pts or graphic elements with a line thickness less than 1 mm.

Handle types:

Synthetic cords – a wide range of colors available, traditionally tied with knots or attached using crimped self-locking ends;
Cotton cords – all basic colors, tied with traditional knots or attached using crimped self-locking ends;
Satin ribbons – a wide range of colors available, tied with knots or glued to the top edge of the bag;
Ripstop ribbons – basic colors, tied with knots or glued to the top edge of the bag;
Die-cut handles.

Metody nadruku:

Additional handcrafted decorations – unique and individually handcrafted by our experienced artists. Combining various techniques: painting occasional motifs with paints, glitter, glue, etc.
Punching holes for handles.

Additional Information

Please do not use Polish characters in file names.

It is not recommended to use Word, Power Point, or objects from these programs for designing.

For files up to 10 MB, please send them via email together with the order guidelines. For files larger than 10 MB, please share them via Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive, etc., or upload them to our FTP server.

The print order should include: customer details (invoice data), bag dimensions (width, height, bottom width), quantity (ordered number of pieces), paper type and weight, suggested delivery date, delivery address.
